The Fuel Rod is an item used within Nuclear Power Plants in order to produce electricity. These are produced within Nuclear Fuel Plants using radioactives, some metal and plastic.
These can also be used to produce Plutonium at a Nuclear Power Plant. Plutonium has no known uses yet.
