- The empire government system has been overhauled.
- Procreation allows for interspecies mingling.
- The star gates are fully operational now, all they require is a preon.
- The capital building now have a city management UI that you can access the jobs of all buildings in the city.
- City reports no longer automatically come by mail, they have to be requested.
- System surveying has changed, they can be found on the star map.
