A spacecraft factory is used to produce spacecraft designed in a design studio and saved to a media.
Spacecraft Production
Once a spacecraft is produced it will spawn on a spacecraft parking spot at the spacecraft factory if it meets the size requirements to do so. If the spacecraft is larger than the ground spawning limit, it will instead spawn in space near a space station (if applicable).
When selecting a spacecraft to manufacture, the player can configure subsystem modules and the volume allocation as desired. This will consequently change the manufacture costs.
Manufactured
Any spacecraft produced via running the normal manufacturing process is always a fleet spacecraft. Generally used to either mass produce spacecraft or have space stations automatically be replaced when lost.
Commissioned
A commissioned spacecraft can be either company or fleet.
When a company spacecraft finished, the buyer receive a mail.
Company spacecraft belong to an avatar. Fleet spacecraft is owned by the empire. For more information see the Spacecraft#Company vs. Fleet page.
