• City has a new unused space rocket.
• City has hydrogen in inventory.
• City has an EV suit in inventory.
• City has an EV helmet in inventory.
• Avatar has not started this mission within the past 10 minutes.

Reward

• 1 EV Suit if the avatar has never possessed an EV suit.
• 1 EV Helmet if the avatar has never possessed an EV helmet.
• 500¢ upon completion.
