The antitoxin model.

An antitoxin is an antibody with the ability to neutralize and give immunization to any toxin and disease.

Antitoxin is manufactured at the pharmaceutical lab using either animal carcasses or eggs.

Immunization

When an antitoxin is used the target will get an immunization level equal to the quality of the antitoxin used. Its immunization level goes down by one, each hour until it is gone.[1]

Your current immunization level is shown on the Bio (F8) window's Biology tab. Nothing is shown if you are not immunized at all.

City Disease

Antitoxins are necessary to cure a diseased city. The lower the quality of the antitoxin, the more is needed, depending on the "level" of the disease.
