==Technology Spread==
Each level of the mass media building will produce one [[Technology_Disk|technology disk]] of each building type in the [[city]] at every [[City_Report|city report]] cycle.

==Media Management==
When in the [[Chain_of_Command|chain of command]] of a [[city]], it is possible to manage the bias of each type of technology. This is done using the ''City'' (<code>F10</code>) window while standing at the mass media building's plot.

Each technology can be set to create disks with positive or negative bias. The bias is secretly saved on each [[Technology_Disk|technology disk]] that is produced.
 
Negative bias media can be used to conduct of propaganda war. Selling technology disks with negative bias will cause [[cities]] to get negative [[morale]].
