The reason given is: I don't know what to write here right now. Anyone wanna help out?

In Shores of Hazeron, every avatar belongs to an empire. Much like guilds or clans in other games, empires consist of a group of players working together to reach their goal. That goal, however, can be anything from the total destruction of all other species in the galaxy to peaceful colonization and exploration.

Leave Empire

It is possible to, at any time, leave the empire you are currently in.

To leave your empire use the "Leave Empire" button on the Governance (F12) window's Citizens tab. This will bring up the "New Empire" window with a choice between; creating a new empire and joining a existing empire.

For more in formation see the Starting or Joining an Empire page.

Once a choice is made, it is possible to use the Recall Home ability to quickly travel to the new empire's capital city or to a new unclaimed habitable world.

Spacecraft Transfer

The reason given is: This needs testing. But would like to give another option than declaring war. The "Spacecraft Requisition" Commerce rule would e good to name here.

If you create a new empire while having a berth in a subsidized ship, the ship remains under control of the original empire although you will still have the berth. Many people wish to keep their ship in which case they would need to declare the old empire as enemy and sit at the helm for 30 secs. Private ships cannot be captured, they can only be ransacked.
