Hospitals are required once a city reach a specific population, citizens will ask for them in order to remove a morale penalties.

Hospitals are rumored to help to reduce infant mortality rate, and increase efficiency of antitoxin in case of a citywide disease.

Morale

One hospital is required for every 80 population in a city in order to avoid morale penalties.

Surgery Unit

Hospitals contain a sickbay similar to the ones used on spacecraft. The surgery unit and medical console allows for all the normal medical procedures.

The hospital's surgery unit module can be changed in the building's design.
Types:

Default design uses the Surgery Medical Module.
