Condominiums are one of the five buildings citizens can live in, the other four building types are Farms, Orchards, Houses, and Apartments.

Condominiums don't suffer from the morale penalty of "cramped living conditions" that apartments have.

Condominiums can be built up to a maximum of 32 levels per tile, depending on the material. Each condominium makes two jobs and each level provides space for 3 citizens to live. This means a 4 level condominium supplies 12 citizens, or 10 productive citizens with two citizens working as janitors. This means that it is more efficient to build higher condominiums out of better materials, although it is more expensive.
