A spacecraft blueprint is a finished spacecraft design made using the designer and is ready to be manufactured.
Spacecraft blueprints can be published on the spacecraft blueprint exchange so other can players burn a copy of it onto a storage media device.
Spacecraft blueprints need to be in the inventory inorder for it to be manufactured at a spacecraft factory.
