Instead of attempting to release the Shores of Hazeron MMO game on Steam, it was decided that a singleplayer version of the game would be developed and released on the store instead.
The singleplayer version of Hazeron has been named Hazeron Starship. It is basically the same game, only singleplayer. To make the game better suited for a singleplayer audience has led to a bigger emphasis on storytelling.
On 2021-01-20 the Shores of Hazeron MMO game was shutdown and all focus moved to Hazeron Starship development.

Discussion about implementing private hosting of small game servers has been talked about, but nothing has been officially said about it yet, aside for that it is possible.
