A Shipyard is used to produce ships.
It requires placement next to a water tile with land fully submerged. Vehicles produced by the factory spawn on an adjacent water tile, if the water tile is unoccupied.
It can produces the following vehicles:
- Battle Ship (Unimplemented)
- Commercial Ship (Unimplemented)
- Sail Boat
- Submarine
