Jobs can be acquired from talking with citizens and can be used to earn more money or as small goals.
Finding Jobs
Talk to citizens using the Comm window. Walk up to a citizen and use Hail on the Voice channel. If the citizen has a job available, they will tell you about it and ask if you want more information.
