Submarines are slow underwater vehicles made at ship yards. They are useful for travelling around an underwater city that may not have a biodome constructed around it yet.
One unit of gasoline will refuel the submarine enough to work for 100 minutes.
Can be driven from the nose or conning tower seat; the nose seat takes precedence when both seats are occupied.
