Manufacturing processes that have optional [[tool]]s which increase output scale the bonus incorrectly as more workshops are assigned to the process. This can be seen with [[Vulcium]] smelting as an example:

If you visit a hostile-environment colony, such as a moonbase, civilians randomly spawn around you. They will wear an [[EV Suit]] in order to protect from the harsh environment. However, they will still suffocate and die despite this. This will lower the colony's population.
 
Workaround: Spend a minimal amount of time around open areas of HEV colonies. If possible, stand inside a building or [[biodome]] that has HEV protection.

This page lists the biggest currently known issues with Hazeron Starship.

If an issue is not listed here, restarting the game may help. Alternatively, check the bug reports part of the forum.

Fullscreen Mode

Fullscreen mode is broken. Do not use it.

Buildings won't rotate

When placing a building plan, using the keyboard to rotate the plan sometimes fails to function as intended.

Workaround: Clicking the game scene to focus it fixes this. Suggested double right click or middle click, as these won't place the building plan.

Pirate empires won't spawn

All but two of the pirate empires have no blueprints assigned to them. This means they cannot spawn.

In addition, the two which can spawn, Ogar and Seledon, spawn very rarely. This is assumed to be due to the spawning system still using MMO 24/7 uptimes and relying on multiple players visiting systems, whereas Starship's universe only runs when the player is playing, and the game is singleplayer.

Workaround: Players have no control over the spawning or blueprints of pirates. Unfortunately Haxus has to release a fix for this.

Citizens dying despite wearing EV suits

If you visit a hostile-environment colony, such as a moonbase, civilians randomly spawn around you. They will wear an EV Suit in order to protect from the harsh environment. However, they will still suffocate and die despite this. This will lower the colony's population.

Workaround: Spend a minimal amount of time around open areas of HEV colonies. If possible, stand inside a building or biodome that has HEV protection.
