Rik'Tan Hegemony was a medium-sized empire that existed during the second and third universes of the MMO. It used the Theocracy government type and had an invitation-only immigration policy. It was notable for being a major member of The Foundation alliance and being instrumental to the start of the Pan Galactic War.
During the early days of Universe 3, Rik'Tan joined into a mutual alliance with a few other empires to keep each other safe. This would eventually grow into The Foundation.
