Do I get that you are running Windows?

1. Close all SoH programs.
2. Press "Win+R"
3. Paste to the opened window

Thank you Anr ..that fixed it.

Although it didn't help much because I was hoping the losses were due to sundives in a particular system. As it turns out there are 5 sundives into two different systems and the rest were collisions. I think I'm just not meant to have that harvester route running ..lol ...logged in today to find a collision between Siphon XI and my atmo harvester >.>
