building tab doesnt work

went to my bank and then capitol to withdraw money, building tab doesnt show building's managing menu
relogged two times, didnt fix it.
... first, as a dark demon. As a demon, it uses its power to rain death upon the land, and then it dies. However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns, this time, as a great hero.

New-style or old-style buildings? If old-style buildings, you have to use the "City, Obsolete" window. If it was new-style buildings, did you maybe by mistake use the "City, Obsolete" window?
