Land in the inferno zone is inferno land, regardless of atmosphere. The significant heating/cooling issues in that environment would require more life support than land that was merely airless.
Make life-support control which atmosphere types the building can withstand, and armor control the orbit zone the building can withstand. Or at least something similarly easy to understand.
Or could then even make life-support into simple check boxes for each environment and orbit zone, then calculate the amount of life-support and armor needed to make it build-able in all chosen.
Personally I would like to see buildings stop using volume sliders to define the "rooms" (offices, workshops, lounges, arenas, etc.) a building blueprint has. Instead simple and easy to understand numeric up-down boxes to define the number of "rooms" of each type you want, and then calculate the amount of volume the number of "rooms" would take and use the remaining on storage and such.
See: (Idea thread) Building Room Numbers instead of Volume
The volume sliders make more sense for spacecraft, since the exact size of a subsystem is less important and it being more fluid makes sense.
