This is sortof what it looks like, it gets stuck in this kind of state for extended periods of time. It appears to actually be a result of the progress advancing really slowly (ticking forward once ever 30 seconds or so) rather than actually being stuck. This has been happening fairly reliably in the delmori system. I can provide coordinates if requested though probably best to not post them publicly.
As an addendum, I think the sensor thing was probably unrelated to the warp drive thing at this point (which i was not initially certain of).
