Adding Orbit mission order after 'Travel to system' order causes client crash

Every time I try to add an 'orbit planet' or 'orbit over city' command to the mission queue it crashes my game and the order does not get added to the ship's mission queue.

Happens every time. I have to wait until the ship arrives at the destination system, then queue the orbit order by itself. Very annoying.
