Strange positioning after a wormhole jump

This may be related to the "Lost in Space" bug. WH are acting strange now, explored WH are not always showing as explored, ships can't get back to sectors even deadheading (not sure about warp). I have two toons that can't get back home. They simply bounce around to a few deep space positions.
