This was reported by me on Discord.

Laptop specifications:
CPU: i7-7700HQ/Intel HD Graphics 630
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 16GB

Happy to help if you need access to logs/testing this issue.

Thanks to Deantwo's suggestion, switching to the NVIDIA GPU solved the issue.
