The bug report I saw of this specifically reported it as being on airless moons in the inferno orbit zones.I agree with Dean here, initially while posting the bug report I believed the fault to be in the moons life support being misclassified as inferno/frigid. But I suppose this fix makes sense as well. It just bothers me that I have to make three separate (and more expensive) designs just to settle the same planet that provides the same types of resources.
