Account
An active account is required to play Shores of Hazeron. It is however recommended to ensure that the game client will run on your hardware before purchasing game time. This can be done by downloading the Shores of Hazeron Launcher from the website and running the Primeval World tech demo which does not require an account.
An account is also not required for the offline Spacecraft Designer or Building Designer.
Account Creation
A game account is created on the main website, on the "Accounts" page.

Trial Period
When the account is created, 7 days of free trial is automatically started.[1]
There are a few restrictions on an account while it is still a free trial.
- Avatars cannot be transferred to another account.
- Avatars cannot offer teleport to their location.
- Avatars cannot accept teleport invitations.
Prices
On the "Accounts" page, it is possible to log in and purchase more game time.

Issues related to accounts should be e-mailed directly to Haxus.
Security Tips
- Choose an account name that is not related to your online name or forum username.
- Choose a strong password, using both letters and numbers.
- Ensure that your e-mail address is secure and always accessible.
- Don't share your account name, password, or e-mail with anyone.
Forum Account
The game accounts are not connected to the forum accounts, so you will have to make an account both places.
This has the added bonus of letting you use an account name for your game account that is never seen by anyone else. The name of your forum account is automatically used as your user name, so everyone will see that. It is recommended to not use the same account name both places if possible.
