A Supermassive blackhole exist at the center of each galaxy.
The supermassive blackhole may have one or two companion star, just like a normal solar system. But in these system wormholes are different, natural interstellar wormhole only appear at a companion star, and instead the supermassive blackhole is home to intergalactic wormholes.
