Easiest way to use the command line options is to create a shortcut to the executable file and add the argument to the shortcuts's destination path.
For example:
"C:\...\Shores of Hazeron\Programs\Shores of Hazeron.exe" -primeval

Shores of Hazeron.exe | Disables the override of the system's window styles. This makes the client use default window style, which is rather ugly to look at. |

Shores of Hazeron.exe | Enables the debug logging early in the startup process.
It can be enabled on the Settings -> Program page after startup as well. |
