:It would ba a good idea to mention specie creation I guess. But apart from if you are are joining an existing empire, there isn't much to say. There is nothing that prevent you from making whatever specie/character you desire. This section really needs to point out race creation when you found a new empire. Also race creation probably needs to have it's own full page explaining all the stats and such.
