Kelmendej was a small empire that existed during the fourth universe of the MMO. It used the Monarchy government type and joining was restricted to by invitation. It was notable for being the target of early Exiles aggression, and causing the French Empire War on Exiles.
The empire was unofficially allied with Eschaton Circuit. This alliance was unofficial due to the absence of the Eschaton leader Eucrasia.
Exiles were invading minor empires within their region of space, which resulted in an attempt to invade Kelmendej in the early days of the universe. Thus, the leader Crapalnu asked Eschaton Circuit for aid, which they agreed to and went to war. A day later, Eschaton's ally French Empire got involved, and this started the French Empire War on Exiles.
Eschaton Circuit eventually lost their territory and surrendered to Exiles, followed by a ceasefire and a peace treaty between French Empire and Exiles which resulted in French withdrawing from the conflict area and Exiles claiming the entire region of space. It is unknown what happened to Kelmendej territory.
