Scroll Bars
I finally hammered out a scroll bar style that I am happy with. Verified it on Windows.

Menus
Finally got the popup menus to look right on Windows. They always used to have an obnoxious white vertical bar on every line, which was like a flash bulb on a black menu in a dark room.

Not sure what you mean by popup menus having the white bars, I don't remember having a problem with something like that

On my Windows box, the black menus have always had a thick white border. Each menu item had a bright white rectangle between the icon and the text. Ugh I didn’t like it.
