Highborn birth broken?

As Linguen, I gave birth to a character named Sahloknir.  The new character has not appeared on either account and does not appear in world.

This a known issue?

But yes this issue has been happening lately, people have reported it in the limbo thread a few times (stupid place to report anything other than limbo) and on Discord (also stupid since Haxus doesn't read there).
It seems to happen whenever the servers are a little laggy or something, so definitely a server issue.
