I remember showing Haxus an issue with some building types having empty health bars a couple years ago. It might be unrelated to the other issues altogether. So there might be two or three different issues in your report.
Either way, it is best to just wait for Haxus to take a loot at it. You have supplied a save-game, so it should be easy for Haxus to take a look.
