game crashes on ringworld

Had a similar issue last universe, visited phoenix's RW and FPS dropped to 5 or less while in the system. Disabling planet rendering using switch b26 fixed it, with switches b22-b19 helping partially

Tried that as well. Didn't work.

So I kind of got it to work. If i open the game in full screen mode and click the switches listed above, the game doesn't crash. But between that and the driver stuff i did, i messed some stuff up. Hotkeys hardly work. Very difficult to build. F11 key doesn't work and if i click building from the side panel and right click the screen a few times the build menu will come up.
