Multiple times. It changes from server restart to another.
Since I rarely reboot my own system, I can safely assume this is not a local problem.
In a moment of clarity, we've discovered that the cause was enabled system proxy server (socks). The mystery is that in either case the connection should have been going the same route.
SoH should probably have a switch of its own to use the proxy or not?
Or work better to support proxies.
