I placed a ground platform. And at first, I was unable to place the military HQ. (Likely a separate bug.)
But I was able to find a suitable location on the ramp up in the corners. (See screenshot.)
After I built the Military HQ. The Platform was listed as a building in the Military HQ.
Likely including it as a military building.
Which now means, I'm unable to delete the Military HQ. Because not all military building are removed.
And I'm unable to delete the ground platform. (Probably because it has a building on it, even though the game isn't telling me this.)
So essential, they're softlocked. Neither of them can be removed. To free up this space.
And because I can only build on the ramps, I can't utilize the rest of the ground platform.
