Completion of the pirate empires only requires spacecraft and building designs; then they will become active.

As said last time. If you want help making blueprints for buildings or ships, I am sure the community would love to help.

And if you have some time for bug fixing, I did make a list of the most annoying issues currently plaguing the game. I neatly placed them in a spreadsheet, with information and priorities.
