That would be nice. Right now really the only ways to select the same colors is to use the eyedropper (though the color of the surface can be affected by the texture on it thus giving you a wrong color), the custom pallet (which resets whenever you restart the designer), or what I do and keep a file with the hex values of the colors you tend to use most to color stuff.
Having the ability to just select only the painted color from a face would make things somewhat easier and faster when you want to reuse a specific color you've used before.
