Obviously I'm not expecting the very pretty and dense visual effects of the clouds and lightning, but making the 'ocean' layer much much smaller, and getting a way to make the atmosphere denser and denser effect wise so it really feels like thicker clouds as you go down would be neat. I also think that as you descend into the atmosphere it needs to get darker, until you reach the 'ocean' layer which should glow to some degree as this 'liquid' is more accurately 'liquid metal hydrogen' and would be VERY HOT and thus glow.
