Not that I have any idea what you meant in this part of your post.
A ping time of 1 millisecond is hard to do when it depends on the player's internet connection. What about players with no internet connection at all?
Also, what is a "self-sustaining package"? Sounds like a future UPS or Amazon delivery buzz word.
And just to be clear here. Im not talking about a ping of 1 millisecond.
