Another technical impossibility. Unless you got a time machine or a FTL device, which are both interchangeable.

FTL drive? German technician made one a couple weeks ago. They call it the "Wicked-Antrieb".

A ping time of 1 millisecond is hard to do when it depends on the player's internet connection. What about players with no internet connection at all?
Also, what is a "self-sustaining package"? Sounds like a future UPS or Amazon delivery buzz word.
