It seems like I was able to research an antiflux patent on a normal habitable planet without antiflux. The ID that appears when I open a trade channel to the university I did it at is BVBUTB-HOIOPB, if that helps. I don't think there is anything else notable about the building or world I experienced this on. The Q of the patent didn't correspond to any actually present resource on the world.

In addition to this you can also refine the particles in any atmosphere once you have the patent. The quality seems to be the same as the recorded patent in my case where I researched it legitimately on a planetoid.

Antiflux is only ever found in the rings. Same as preons, which are only found in the stars.

The Q250 was me doing an environmental requirement test. That output of Q82 was the result despite my setting. A Q1 limit yields the same result.
The world has Q253 actually. I gathered some from my ship no issues. My tesloid disapator is actually Q251. It says I have a recorded patent of Q82, I actually have a recorded patent of Q104 in my empire, never had a Q82 this playthrough.
Both Antiflux jobs have Antiflux as a time modifier on the right hand side. Its not a requirement (would have the key icon)
I will do some more testing.
