remove underground areas from building designer. its just being abused by people to make unreal amount of workspaces

But basements and underground bunkers are allowed, and it is not like those buildings with big underground areas are free. Even if the building has a HUGE underground section, you still have to pay the construction materials for it, there is no advantage to underground buildings apart from cleaner looking buildings.
