Well that is weird, are you running windows?

It must be just be something with my setup I guess.
I started a entirely new game and still don't seem to get anyone moving in to my town.

Your screenshot earlier has 7 atom managers, mine only has 2 can't get it any higher,. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Yep Windows 10 Pro 21H2.
Yeah I have a i9-12900k. I have another machine with less resources I can test it on too, that's a good idea. 
I'll do that tomorrow and let you know. I'll even reupload the save so you can check it out.

Yep Windows 10 Pro 21H2.

Ok here are the saves. I just let it run to 157 pop or something close to it. Everything else checked out and was running fine. 
I'm curious when you try it.

Cheers, well it's been running for 10min + and no change in pop from the 157,

I am lost as to why, everything else works fine.

The MMO worked fine , minus the issues everyone else had too

What windows was that tested on, I am on win 7 with this one

Strange. OS should not matter honestly. I used Windows 10 as well on the other pc.

Yea, I have no idea what is causing it, it seems to be happening with any game I start of starship,

I completely wiped my system and reinstalled windows, updated all drivers to there latest, reinstalled steam and the game, loaded the save up again and it still isn't working.

Nothing really left for me to try that I can think of , might have to give up on this one for awhile.
