Paper Mill Fabric

Paper mills should require fabric as a tool in paper production.
Paper mills regularly have to replace fabrics on machines to run smoothly.

I am still not totally sure what purpose paper serves.

Paper itself is only useful if you don't have any blank disks or a thumb drive. The blank disks only require metal, so they are super easy to produce. This means that paper is pretty useless.
Maybe if blank disks required both metal AND plastic, instead of either, it would make sense to use paper.

The new binder I haven't used at all, as a thumb drive just seemed easier for me.

Making the paper processes require textiles would just make paper harder to make for no reason. But could just make the textiles an optional tool instead, for increased production output or whatever.
