Construction Window Steal Focus

After selecting a building in the new-style construction window you are unable to rotate the blueprint before you have clicked the main window at least once.

The same bug that was there was with old-style construction window some time back.

This is still a bad issue. And it was fixed for old-style construction.

Bumping to confirm this happens for me with new style construction. It's not life ending but definitely annoying. Also it's not a bug but it would be nice if the scroll wheel would change the process even when in full placing mode, this would be especially useful for resource extraction buildings since those never seem to select the resource you want. Figured I'd tack this on here as well, but I'll post a suggestion thread with it eventually.
