Yeah ive tried the scroll wheel and it wasn't working initially. It IS working on / off at the moment its inconsistent for me.
It would be nice if we could at least get a confirmation of demolishing a biodome as in a 'are you sure you want to do this?' because it just seems too easy with the present mechanics to accidentally delete one.
Especially if scroll wheel isnt going to work effectively.
