Given Network Solutions is still dragging their feet with certificate delivery, there is a good free alternative for TLS certificates by ISRG:
https://letsencrypt.org/ https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ It's very easy to setup with Apache, and last I heard their certificate delivery is almost instant
