Currently i have an issue with building a power plant

#1
I want to build a wind power plant , it needs mechanical parts.
But to make them you need plastic or metal used by machine shop or plastic factory.
Plastic factory NEEDS glue gun  to build mechanical parts and machine shop NEEDS soldering iron AND glue gun to be built. ( weird )
Electronics factory makes glue gun and soldering iron BUT it NEEDS electricity !
And electricity can't be produced without mechanical parts made with plastic factory or machine shop...
Well , how to get rid of this mess ?
I'm completely stuck here...
An idea ?

If this is your first colony, go hydro. It's much easier to build and they produce a lot of power. Wind is really good on Frigid world colonies. Typically I go nuclear for all off world power plants. If I plan on building a colony on a planet with good wind just by itself in a solar system with no other colonies, then go wind because you have no other choice. Otherwise I go nuclear always.

Wind is great for those colonies because the output is usually 400% higher than a habitable zoned world and they need no other resources for them to produce power but wind.

--Random tip but related--
Here is how I handle logistics in another system. If the system has a high quality resource (The only reason I am there), and if the system has a habitable or something that has breathable air, I usually build a support colony first. That support colony does nothing but produce all tools, oxygen, food, vehicles, tractors, mining machinery, and computers. Plus all the facilities to support the population and I grab a uranium farm and process fuel rods at the support colony. Some storage, I aim for 250,000 units of storage and usually aim for a population of 550 for a support colony. I then wait a bit for the support colony to fill up it's manufacturing inventory and then go build the real colony to mine that sweet high quality resource. The support colony will auto trade with the resource colony. Anything mined or gathered of high quality is then stored in the support colonies storage. So naturally the support colony get's the broker that ships the materials back to the main processing center. Any remaining production I have mint bullion.

By doing the above, I can safely set up a system with support colony and a resource gathering colony and never have to visit it again.

Thank you but this don't seem to resolve my problem as hydro power needs mechanical parts too.
And i'm still stuck with this mess about the glue gun...

You don't need Plastic (or Glue Guns) to manufacture Mechanical Parts.
Mechanical Parts can be manufactured at a Machine Shop with just Metal and Hammers.
See: hazeron.com/wiki/Mechanical_Part

The recommended first power plant is either Coal Power Plant or Hydroelectric Power Plant, since they can be constructed with just Metal.
Coal Power Plant is a bit faster to construct, but requires coal to fuel. Hydroelectric Power Plant is much simpler, but requires you to be near a coastline.
