I checked my account status to make sure I hadn't gone inactive accidentally while travelling. I was told my account is in credit until January 2022. I don't remember paying for this so perhaps an error at your end?

As far as I remember the account game-time is not exact. Haxus doesn't mind that you aren't kicked out of the game the second the game-time expire.
