Crashing to Desktop Every System Transition

As far as I can tell, when warping to a new system, entry in through the oort cloud causes a crash, both normal client and commander.

this happens to me almost every system transition.
the weird part is when i pop into a new star system right before i crash the solar system on my screen is the one i left not the one i should be arriving to.

I'm hoping that this is the bug related to the map panels that Haxus fixed here: https://www.hazeron.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=2387

After update https://www.hazeron.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=2387 game still crashes on system/sector transition. Crash happens somewhere during loading screen. Tested on Hazeron Commander and client. Win64 build

So far so good for me. Did a few transitions in a row no issues.
